At Neemans, we want you to walk with confidence; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your shoes within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure the products are unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address or phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Place the unused footwear back in its original box with all original labels and accessories included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to pick up the package at no additional cost to you.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team verifies the product condition, your replacement will be shipped or your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
